Cecilia is happily married to Jose L. Torres, and together they have a beautiful, blended family of six daughters, three sons, and a granddaughter. Cecilia is committed to empowering individuals and families by providing comprehensive support and resources. Her approach is rooted in compassion, respect, and a strong belief in the potential of every person to overcome challenges and thrive.
